But WHAT IS A graphic design monthly subscription & how does it work? It’s super simple! A monthly flat-rate graphic design subscription means you’ll never have to worry about unclear hourly billing or getting a specific quote for projects big or small. Your plan includes unlimited projects in your backlog queue and unlimited revisions on your current project until you approve it. Although the plans include unlimited work, it’s important to understand that we work on one project at a time (unless you’ve chosen the Elite subscription).

Choose your plan below, sign up online and we’ll email you a link to your Trello board—the software you’ll use to manage all your design work.
Add your design projects and prioritize them. Submit a project and you’ll receive a draft in an average of three business days.
Request revisions as many times as you’d like.
Mark your project as approved and choose the next one to submit.

Because this a monthly subscription, you are not limited to a certain number of projects. We work on one current project at a time (or two in the Elite subscription) . Once you are satisfied with the design, you can mark it as approved and submit your next project. Some projects may be more comprehensive and need lots of revisions, which can take longer. And some projects may be simple and approved quickly without revisions.
You control the flow of your work in your Trello board (the software you’ll use to manage your projects). The more efficiently you respond with revisions and approvals in your Trello board, the more work we can do!

Your subscription can be cancelled at any time and you can still request work through the end of your monthly billing cycle.
Some client need ongoing work for years and some only need a few months for a rebrand or new website.
If there are months at a time where you don’t need work, you’re welcome to cancel your subscription and re-subscribe when more projects come up.

We primarily work with small or mid-sized businesses looking to refine their branding, improve their online presence, or create beautifully designed marketing materials. If you have consistent monthly design needs but not enough to warrant hiring a full-time employee, we’re the perfect fit for you.
While we specialize in refining and elevating existing brands, we also offer full branding services for startups and businesses that need a completely new brand identity.

Once you subscribe to a plan, we’ll get in touch with a welcome email and next steps. To begin design work, we’ll need:
Your current branding assets (logos, colors, fonts, photography, etc.)
Any inspiration or examples you love
Information on who your ideal clients are
A clear idea of what you’re looking to achieve by hiring us
